Our Story
The idea for Harmony Balance® was born during a yoga retreat in Hawaii. As the founders practiced yoga overlooking the serene ocean waves, they envisioned a brand that would allow customers to feel that same sense of balance and tranquility in their daily lives.
Upon returning home, extensive research began into fabric technologies that would stand up to vigorous exercise while remaining gentle on skin. Countless design iterations were explored to perfect the silhouettes and fits. And special attention was paid to selecting hues that were soothing, saturated, and stunning.
After months of development, the very first Harmony Balance® pieces were produced. The response from early customers exceeded expectations. Women absolutely loved the flattering fits, incredible softness, and high-performance qualities of our leggings, tops, shorts and more. It was clear that we had created something special.
Since that first collection, we have continued to expand our offerings while staying true to our original mission of helping women achieve inner and outer harmony. We now proudly offer lifestyle apparel that takes you from the mat to the street with ease.

Our Sustainability Efforts
From locally sourced fabrics to eco-friendly packaging, sustainability is woven into every aspect of our business.
We manufacture our apparel in ethical factories that provide fair wages and safe working conditions for their employees. Many of our fabrics incorporate recycled plastics, plant-based materials, and other eco-friendly fibers.
Our custom-printed fabric designs are created using a low-impact digital printing process that reduces water waste. We also use water-based inks and solvent-free adhesives for a gentler environmental footprint compared to traditional screen printing methods.
The majority of our shipping materials including poly bags, tissue paper, labels, and hang tags are made from recycled content or FSC-certified materials. We are continuously seeking ways to reduce packaging and switch to more sustainable options.
We also partner with organizations like One Tree Planted to support reforestation globally. A portion of each purchase goes towards planting trees in North America, Asia, Africa, and South America.
